Who We Are

We are a growing community serving the Sauganash neighborhood of Chicago. People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. Love is Love, and Black Lives Matter.

While not affiliated with a specific denomination, we hold to the theological truths of the Protestant Reformation, seeking to be people faithful to the teachings of Jesus.

More than anything else, we intend to be a welcoming witness to the spiritual values we hold dear through our understanding of the Word of God by cultivating spiritual understanding in a community comprised of all ages.

Welcoming All

  • We foster a culture of unlimited hospitality.

  • We build relationships with people across boundaries of race, class, and other identities that divide us.

Inspiring Compassion

  • We cultivate caring communities for one another.

  • We bear witness to love and pain in the world and respond, individually and collectively, with acts of compassion.

Nurturing Faith

  • We bear witness to the spiritual values revealed by the Word of God and celebrate them in a spirit of worship.

  • We create opportunities for spiritual deepening, questioning and growth.
